Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before initiating a return, please ensure your product meets the following criteria:

  • The item is unused and unopened.
  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are damaged or defective.

 Step 2: Contact Us

Option 1: Via Email

  1. Send us an email at SaiSwaaBrand@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request: [Your Order Number]."
  2. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

Option 2: Via Account Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to 'My Orders' and select the order containing the items you wish to return.
  3. Click on the 'Initiate Return' button next to the relevant items.

Step 3: Receive Return Authorization

Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with a prepaid shipping label via email.

Step 4: Pack & Ship

  1. Print the shipping label and affix it to the original product packaging.
  2. Ensure the item is securely packed.
  3. Drop the package off at your nearest post office or shipping service provider.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

For Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For Exchanges

  • If the item was damaged or defective, we will ship the replacement item within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
